Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff.
- Conduct assessments and document progress toward student goals.
- Provide both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs.
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to integrate communication goals into academic instruction.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and district regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
