Synco Staff X is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Paraprofessional Teacher to support students in Jackson, CA. In this role, you will assist teachers in creating inclusive, engaging, and supportive learning environments where every student can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide instructional support to students under the guidance of a lead teacher.
- Assist in implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and classroom activities.
- Support students with academic, behavioral, and social needs.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and school staff to meet student needs.
- Supervise students during classroom, lunch, recess, or transition periods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience working with children in educational or childcare settings.
- Ability to support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
- Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills.
