Are you a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher looking to make a difference?
We’re seeking a compassionate SPED Teacher to join our team in Sturbridge, MA. In this role, you’ll create an inclusive classroom environment, deliver individualized instruction, and collaborate with families and educators to support each student’s academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to meet each student’s unique learning goals.
- Adapt general education lessons for students with special needs.
- Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Monitor student performance and adjust teaching strategies to promote success.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, counselors, and families to ensure student progress.
- Support students’ academic, behavioral, and social-emotional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
- MA Teaching Certification in Special Education (or eligibility).
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A genuine passion for supporting students with diverse learning abilities.
